Residential Cleaning
We use the least toxic, environmentally friendly products to match the cleaning requirement for each use case. However, we are happy to use your preferred and provided products. Our residential service includes cleaning all flooring, making beds, dusting, as well as all horizontal surfaces (countertops, tables, window sills). We disinfect all toilets, bath tub / showers, including high-touch areas such a doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls, etc.

Deep “Spring” Cleaning
In addition to a regular cleaning, many of our clients request an occasional deep clean. With this service, you will receive all benefits of our regular cleaning but also enjoy additional level of clean that only seems to come when we move. This includes cleaning out the refridgerator, oven, wiping down all doors and baseboards, dusting for spiderwebs and cleaning cabinets.

Disinfection Cleaning
When you have a family member or co-worker that has gotten sick, you can’t afford to be down for the count. Book our Disinfection Cleaning to try to stay as healthy as possible for the people in your life that count on you. Using techniques employed in emergency rooms at hospitals, we work diligently to disinfect your home, classroom or business to stop illness in its tracks.

Move In / Out Cleaning
Moving is stressful! Let Porter Home help you whether you are moving out of a property or about to move in. Many landlords will conduct a property walk-through at the end of a lease before returning your deposit. Maximize your return by booking the deep level of clean that your landlord expects, when you turn over your keys. Not only do we clean all surfaces, but we will clean behind and underneath appliances, clean inside ovens / microwaves / dishwashers, and make sure that all windows and sliding glass doors are clean for the walk-through.
